Request for Proposal: Architect Consultant Selection

The City of Bismarck requests written qualification proposals from interested professional architectural service firms with capabilities required for the planning design services required under a multi-year basis for the Bismarck Airport. Projects will include, but are not limited to the airport terminal expansion, all that it may entail, as listed in the Bismarck Airport approved Master Plan and Capital Improvement Plan as they are and may be amended.

Proposals will be received by the City at the Airport Administration Office until 4:00 PM CST, December 15, 2025, at which time a selection panel will review submitted proposals and will determine firms to be interviewed. Selection of the firm to perform these services will be accomplished by the City of Bismarck.
