Synopsis

The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) on behalf of its Health- Department is seeking proposals from employment agencies to provide a team of Community Health Workers to support vulnerable populations across the City of Detroit to increase access to city services, utility assistance, and other critically needed social services. The Department anticipates needing four workers for this project. Workers must be certified Community Health Workers OR already enrolled in a CHW training program.
