REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL 186012,1: HYDE PARK IMPROVEMENTS

The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) on behalf of the General Services Department (GSD) requests proposals from qualified Respondents to render certain technical or professional services ("Services") as set forth in this RFP to provide installation of a tot lot and sand pit with concrete border and site amenities such as Bench on concrete pad, a tipping ring for trash can, concrete walkway connection, and boulders and logs as shown on site plans along with two (2) alternates. In addition to the items shown in the drawings, the following general tasks shall be included in the contract. See attached drawings, details, and specifications for full scope of project to be bid on. This is a Wayne County project and is for a term of two (2) years.
