Qualification Statements must be submitted in the manner designated in the Instructions for Qualification Statements, must be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing name and address of the respondent and the name of the services on the outside, addressed to the Borough.

Qualification Statements must be submitted to, and be received by, Evelyn Rosario, Borough Clerk, Office of the Borough Clerk, 309 Main Street, Fort Lee, N.J. 07024-4799 on or before 4:00 p.m. on Friday, October 17, 2025. They will be publicly opened on Monday, October 20, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Qualification Statements will not be accepted by facsimile transmission or e-mail.
