NOTICE
REQUEST FOR PROFESSIONAL LEGAL SERVICES
The City of Maumelle is requesting Statements of Qualifications from law firms to provide legal services to advise and represent the city in a real estate/title/property law matter.
All Statements of Qualifications received will be kept on file for a period of one (1) year to be used as a reference in the procurement of said services. Two (2) copies of your Statement of Qualifications must be received by the City of Maumelle, 550 Edgewood Drive, Suite 590, Maumelle, AR 72113 (Attn: Tina Timmons, City Clerk/Treasurer), no later than June 20, 2025. Email submissions will not be accepted.
Statements of Qualifications shall include at minimum: the names of lawyer(s) who seek to be hired; their hourly rate; their experience in civil litigation and trial practice; their experience in real estate, title, and property law specifically; and client references who can speak to the quality of their work (including the client’s case name, case number, and court/tribunal, if the client’s matter was litigated).
