Proposals must

1. 1. 1. Be in English
    2. Be submitted In MS Word or PDF file formats. The Rate Bid Form must be MS Excel format
    3. Follow the required format and procedures carefully. Any deviation from these requirements may be cause for rejection
    4. Be properly signed and dated where requested
    5. Where a Proponent is a corporation, have the responses signed with the legal name of the corporation followed by the legal signature and capacity of an Authorized Representative to bind the corporation into a Contract.
    6. Where a Proponent is a partnership, have the response form signed by the general partner or the partner with the authority to bind the partners.
    7. Where the Proponent is a sole proprietor, have the response signed by the Proprietor.
    8. Not be illegible, conditional, obscure, or contain arithmetical errors, erasures, alterations, or irregularities of any kind. These Proposals may be declared informal and rejected.

Proposals submitted in any other manner may be disqualified.

Brief Description of Work
This RFPQ is an invitation to submit proposal for the provision of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 (Sales & Customer Service), Teams, SharePoint Online, Viva, Artificial Intelligence, ID & Access Management and M365 applications consulting services.
Selected Proponents (“Supplier(s)”) must be able to supply all services as stated in Schedule A – Schedule Of Deliverables/Statement Of Work/Terms in Master Service Agreement and submitted as a separate attachment.
