Project Description: Using a Two-Step Bidding Process and “Best Value” Evaluation Criteria, Chatham County is soliciting for Construction Services for the New Multi-Agency Public Safety Facility Project. Step One of this process will consist of meeting mandatory requirements in the “Responsibility Criteria”, followed by the scoring of the “Best Value Criteria”. Step Two consists of submitting a bid only if your firm has successfully qualified BY SCORING A MINIMUM OF 85% of points possible.
