Request for Interest: Provide Matanuska-Susitna Borough Public Transportation Services

Project Description: The Matanuska-Susitna Borough (Borough) requests a statement of interest from individuals or businesses interested in providing transit services involving fixed routes and/or on-demand models. The Borough is also interested in accepting RFIs from organizations that currently operate in transit or those that may have the capacity to provide this type of business. This expression of interest should include an explanation of your current business model or a narrative of how your business operates either or both transit models. Public Transportation services would serve two routes, Valley to Anchorage and Wasilla to Palmer.
