Summary

The City of Norfolk (“City”) is seeking information from the Market for Stevedore Services at Norfolk Maritime Center.

Background

The City is looking for Contractor to assist the City with its cruise operations, to include loading/unloading of ship provisions and stores and passenger baggage both on campus and at the designated parking area. The Contractor will also provide porter service and baggage loading, unloading, handling, and wheelchair assistance for passengers.
