This Source Sought Notice (SS) SPE605-25-RFI-1002 is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or an obligation on the part of the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) - Energy. The purpose of this SS is to identify qualified Businesses that are interested and capable of providing for the ground fuel requirements for DLA-Energy. This SS covers the grounds fuel requirements for DLA-Energy customers located in various areas of Australia. The expected period of performance is July 1, 2025 - July 31, 2030.

Scope:

Products to be solicited may include:

1. Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JA1); NSN 9130-00-753-5026, Estimated Quantity 1,622,000 USG


2. Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JP8); NSN 9130-01-031-5816, Estimated Quantity 20,000 USG


3. Diesel Fuel (DF2); NSN 9140-00-286-5294, Estimated Quantity 28,750 USG


4. Gasoline, Premium Unleaded (MUP); NSN: 9130-00-148-7104 Estimated Quantity 28,250 USG

Delivery modes may include Tank Truck, Tank Wagon with Pump, and Drums.

For purpose of compiling responses to this Source Sought Notice, the deadline is set on December 11, 2024, 3:00 PM, Fort Belvoir, Virginia Time.

In responding to this notice please provide the following information:

1. Your company name, CAGE Code, any owners, email address, phone/fax numbers.


2. Background information of the firm and/or contractor regarding technical capability and ability to perform.


3. Which areas of Australia are you able to supply fuel? What are the names and locations of your fuel supplier(s)?


4. Are you a refinery?


5. Has your company participated in any current or previous contracts under the Direct Delivery Ground Fuels Program? If so, were any of those contracts performed in Australia?
