The City of Tucson seeks interested firms, suppliers and interested partners to provide a statement of interest for the Rondstadt Transit Center Redevelopment.

The City of Tucson invites visionary partners to participate in a transformational opportunity to shape Downtown Tucson. This Request for Information (RFI) calls on developers, architects, planners, and creative organizations to share ideas, concepts, and strategies for the future of this landmark site.

Responses will inform a future competitive Request for Proposals (RFP) process to launch in early 2026.

Help us imagine the next chapter for one of Tucson’s most iconic public spaces.
