Request for Information (RFI) for Morgan State University Campus-Wide Audiovisual Maintenance Services

Morgan State University (MSU ) is conducting market research to determine if sufficient interest and capabilities exist in the Maryland marketplace for an anticipated campus-wide audiovisual (AV) maintenance contract. This notice is not a request for proposals; rather, it is an invitation for potential offerors to express their interest and provide information about their relevant knowledge, skills, and capabilities.

The information submitted in response to this Request for Information (RFI) may be used to help MSU finalize its acquisition strategy. While the submission of Capability Statements is strongly encouraged, it is not a prerequisite for prospective vendors who wish to submit proposals when the MSU Campus-Wide AV Maintenance solicitation is released for competition.
