To gather information from the provider community in order to identify how interested parties may be able to modify their current operations and workflow to meet evolving RRP and RCA program needs and to obtain more understanding of the most cost-effective methods in order to stay within administrative budget constraints. It is anticipated that for FFY 2026, over 90% of the RCA benefits issued will stop and an estimated 80-90% overall program downsize will be required to sustain the RRP through the new federal budgets. RRP must reevaluate the RCA program to accommodate the federally mandated changes in program eligibility and budget constraints. This RFI is to assist in determining how the future state of RCA is to be administered.
