THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY to identify sources that can provide Epsilon 3 cloud based digital test procedure software Air Force Research Laboratory, In Space Propulsion Branch, (AFRL/RQRS) at Edwards Air Force Base at Edwards (EAFB), California. The information provided in the RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government.
BACKGROUND: This is a new requirement for Epsilon 3 cloud based digital test procedure software for the Air Force Research Laboratory, In Space Propulsion Branch. This product is intended to be used to support on-site testing, providing a repository of past experiments, a means to reuse parts of prior test procedures, a digital/searchable record of "as run" experiments, approvals of "deltas" to existing test procedures, and the ability to collaboratively edit/create test procedures with off-site personal.
For this requirement, we are defining the Ten (10) seats of the Epsilon 3 cloud based digital test procedure software. Streamline complex operations with Epsilon 3 features: Plan and schedule operations, workflow automation, AI procedure import and generation, test and requirements management, issue and non-conformance tracking, risk assessment and mitigation, part, inventory and asset management, advanced insights and analytics, anomaly and trend detection, multiple workspaces, single sign-on, API and pre-built integrations and on-premises deployment. Mission requirements dictate restraints on time; therefore, quality and accuracy must be perfect. Mission schedules will be impacted if incorrect wire is received or if there are significant delays in delivery.
RESPONSES: AFTC/PZRA is seeking responses to this RFI from vendors that can meet any portion of this requirement (which includes the specific part numbers, length requirement, and delivery time frame). We are not seeking quotes at this time. If your company is capable of meeting some or all the requirement, please respond to this RFI with the following:

THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the Air Force is not at this time seeking quotes/proposals and will not accept unsolicited quotes/proposals. Respondees are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. Responses shall not be proprietary and will be unclassified.
