The Virginia Army National Guard (VaARNG) is conducting market research on mold remediation of Government-Owned Equipment at various locations throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. The purpose of the market research is to identify business capabilities and size, commercial practices, commercial pricing and factors impacting price, and standard or average time for remediation services.
This notice is not a Request for Quote/Bid/Proposal. The information submitted in response to this Request for Information (RFI) will assist the Government in determining the best procurement approach, the procurement method, the type of set-aside, the estimated cost, and the anticipated time required to remediate the equipment.
The type of equipment requiring mold remediation includes Connex containers, van supply semitrailer, tactical ¾ ton trailers, and M1097 Humvees. The equipment is located at one or more of the following locations across the Commonwealth of Virginia, West Point, Hanover, Virginia Beach, Gate City, and Blackstone.
To better assist the VaARNG in making informed decisions, in lieu of submitting merely a marketing brochure or capabilities statement, vendors are to submit the following information.
- Company Name, Point of Contact, email address, phone number, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), business size (large or small business) based on the small business size standard of $25M, and identification of any small business socio-economic status.
- A copy of terms and conditions when providing mold remediation services to non-government entities.
- Published price list or commercial pricing terms.
- Standard/average time to complete remediation services to include factors impacting the completion time.
- Are services available on the customer’s site or is equipment required to be serviced at the vendor’s location?
- Indication as to which locations identified above can be serviced by the company.
