Description

This is not a solicitation, but rather a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT to acquire a company or companies able to provide a turn-key solution to engineer, furnish, install, and test an enhancement to the existing SiRcom “Giant Voice” (GV) system. The Statement of Objectives (SOO) is found in Attachment 1: “2026 GV SOO”.
