Request for Information for Solar Power Purchase Agreement

Williamsburg-James City County Public Schools (“WJCC”), is requesting information from interested companies who have substantial experience designing, permitting, constructing, implementing, operating, and maintaining solar electric generation facilities on publicly owned property.

The purpose of issuing this Request for Information (“RFI”) is to:

• Determine the level of market interest;
• Obtain information on potential new technologies or approaches;
• Obtain recommendations that would enhance the success of a future procurement opportunity for this project;
• Obtain high-level cost estimates for planning and budget purposes; and
• Provide the industry with an opportunity to comment on the potential procurement opportunity.
