Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in the resources, product, and mode of travel listed below. The result of this sources sought notice will contribute to the support of providing ground fuels.

THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This Sources Sought notice does not constitute a request for quote, bid or proposal; submission of any information in response to this sources sought notice is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred and shall retain all information provided with no expectation of return. If your organization has the capability to perform these requirements, please provide the following information:

1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, cage code and size and type of ownership for the organization.

2) Background information of the firm and Contractor regarding technical ability, financial capability, and ability to perform.

3) Specific types of fuel capable of supplying and areas that can be supported.

4) Type of storage and capacity quantity.

5) Location of fuel source facility.

DLA Energy is seeking information on the following fuel types that are commercially available in any given region or country listed below:

Jet Fuel, Aviation (JA1) with Additives, Turbine Fuel Aviation (JP8).

Mode of transportation:

Drums

Tank Wagon

Tank Truck

Tank Truck with pumps

OCONUS Country/Regions this RFI pertains to:

Guam, Indonesia, South Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, Micronesia, and New Zealand

Due to the size of some countries, DLA Energy will be breaking out all the countries indicated above with multiple different regions per country in order for the lead/delivery times to be made accordingly. There is no specific delivery address at this time. DLA Energy is seeking information for each Offeror to provide a lead/delivery time of how long it will take if able to provide fuel over a 300-mile radius.

Please identify by country/region of what mode of transportation is commercially available as well as providing fuel specification for each product in each country/region you are providing interest in.
