The City of Granbury (“City”) is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solutions and related implementation services. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for information-gathering and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or a commitment to issue a future procurement.



Background

The City of Granbury currently utilizes Tyler Incode ERP Pro 9, a web-based system (not on-premise), to support its financial and administrative operations. The City intends to modernize and enhance these systems by transitioning to a comprehensive ERP solution. Current systems support the following functions:

  • General Ledger

  • Budgeting

  • Accounts Payable and Receivable

  • Cash Receipts

  • Purchasing

  • Fixed Assets

  • Inventory

  • Utility Billing
