This announcement is not a request for quote (RFQ)/request for proposal (RFP) and a formal solicitation is not available at this time. This is a Request for Information (RFI) for the Executive Office of the President (EOP).
This Sources Sought will be a two-step process
1st Step: Contractors must acknowledge interest and the ability to provide a Data Archival Solution to include eDiscovery capabilities by signing the attached Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any additional information can be sent out regarding this requirement.
2nd Step: Contractors who return signed NDAs will then be provided with further details of this requirement.
This requirement identifies a need Data Archival Solution to include eDiscovery capabilities.
If you are interested in participating in this notice, please respond to this announcement with the requested information by 12:00 PM (noon) EDT on 06 Aug 2025. Information submitted in response to this RFI should be sent via email to Timothy Lazatin at timothy.j.lazatin@oa.eop.gov and Travis Kelson at Travis.T.Kelson@oa.eop.gov with a subject of “(insert company name) _ Data Archival Solution to include eDiscovery capabilities RFI 11316025N0001OAS Response”.
