Scope: The City of Palm Coast is requesting information from potential interested concessionaire professionals on providing guidance and recommendations for concessions operations at our new Southern Recreation Center. Our concession services would be managed by a third-party vendor and will go into a concession agreement with the City. The City would look for our concessionaire professionals to focus and provide recommendations for following: potential of operations of food and beverage space, recommended food services for customers/pass holders, kitchen/service area additions and staffing requirements.
