REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

CONCEPTUAL REUSE IDEAS FOR FORMER COURTHOUSE AND SURFACE PARKING LOT

CITY OF MALDEN, MASSACHUSETTS

The City of Malden (“the City”), acting through the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (OSPCD),  is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to obtain non-binding expressions of interest and conceptual ideas for the reuse of the former Malden District Courthouse, 89 Summer St., the adjacent small parking lot and possibly the  City-owned parking lot across the street at 0 Summer St. This RFI is not a Request for Proposals (RFP) and does not initiate a disposition process under M.G.L. c.30B, §16. The City seeks information only and will not make any award based on responses to this RFI.

The City is NOT planning to conduct an informal briefing session in Malden prior to the proposal submission deadline.
