This is a Request for Information (RFI) only and does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development Business Center (RD) will take procurement action in this matter. Further, neither USDA nor the Government will be responsible for any cost incurred in furnishing this information. This RFI is being used to gather market research for Application Sustainment Operation and Maintenance (O&M) support in accordance with FAR 52.215-3.
