The SC Department of Administration (Admin), Executive Budget Office (EBO) is seeking information from qualified vendors for the AAR Reimagining Project — an initiative to evaluate, redesign, and modernize the Agency Accountability Report (AAR) process and develop an integrated Performance Management System (PMS) to streamline statewide reporting and performance measurement.
