Below are the following requirements to be included as a response to the Request for Information (RFI):

  • Identify the specific coating manufacturers and product lines (e.g., Sherwin-Williams, PPG, International) for which your facility possesses the most extensive application experience using plural-component delivery systems.

  • Define your Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) protocols for the continuous verification, monitoring, and formal documentation of volumetric mix ratios and fluid temperatures throughout the application lifecycle.

  • Do your applicators possess documented, formal training (such as OEM equipment training) specifically for operating and troubleshooting plural-component spray systems?
