Request for Guaranteed Maximum Price Proposal for Construction Services for the Eagle County Maintenance                                                                Service Center Building G Slab Alteration
Eagle County is soliciting GMP Proposals for construction services for the slab alterations in Building G known as the Eagle County Maintenance Service Center Building G, located at 3289 Cooley Mesa Road, Gypsum, Colorado. Construction services to be provided include, but are not limited to, remove and replace large portion of existing concrete floor slab to improve drainage flow and add trench drains, install rigid insulation under slab and install hydronic radiant tubing in the slab for possible future in floor heat as per the Construction Drawings. A mandatory pre-bid meeting for all Proposers will take place on December 3, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., local time at the Eagle County Maintenance Service Center Building G, 3289 Cooley Mesa Road, Gypsum, Colorado.

Proposals must be received by email to john.chilton@eaglecounty.us, on or before 3:00p.m., MDT, December 19, 2024. No telephone or facsimile proposals will be accepted. Any proposal received after this time will not be considered and will be returned to the respondent unopened unless good cause is shown as determined by Eagle County in its sole discretion.
