REQUEST FOR FORMAL WRITTEN PROPOSALS FOR THE 2026 PUBLIC WORKS BUILDING PARTIAL ROOF REPLACEMENT, MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL IMPROVEMENTS

Sealed bids in duplicate will be received by the City of Saint Peter for 2026 Public Works Building Partial Roof Replacement and mechanical and electrical improvements until 2:00 PM, March 12, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bidders are invited to attend. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened.

Bids shall be upon form provided in the Bidding Documents. Envelopes containing bids must be sealed and marked "2026 Partial Roof Replacement at the Public Works Building", with the name and address of the bidder, and the date and hour of the opening. Bids shall be delivered to:
