REQUEST FOR FORMAL WRITTEN PROPOSALS FOR THE NEW CITY HALL

RW Carlstrom Co. Inc. has been selected as the Construction Manager At-Risk by City of Saint Peter for the construction of Saint Peter City Hall in Saint Peter, Minnesota.

Project Description: The City of Saint Peter new City Hall project involves a renovation of the existing Scholarship America building and a new construction portion with a 9,000 SF building addition for bus parking and police department. The existing building is approximately 38,000 SF of which 30,000 SF on the main level and 8,000 in the lower level. The new construction portion includes a 9,000 SF addition on the north end of the existing building. Project includes a parking expansion, building addition and renovation of approximately 27,000 SF of the existing building.

1. The construction schedule is (8) months and construction is scheduled to start September of 2025
and be substantially complete May of 2026.
