REQUEST FOR FORMAL WRITTEN PROPOSALS FOR BITUMINOUS MATERIALS PURCHASE

The City of Saint Peter is requesting formal written proposals for 2025 bituminous materials purchase.

The contractor will supply approximately 2,400 (+/-) tons of bituminous; the final quantity to be determined by the City based on funds available.  Price bid shall be per ton of product.  The City will take into consideration travel costs associated with pick-up of the product in determining award of the purchase.

The City reserves the right to adjust the amount of product purchased to stay within the funds budgeted by the City Council.   Payment will be made by the City of Saint Peter within thirty (30) days after receipt of materials.

Bids will be received by email at keishas@saintpetermn.gov or by delivery to City Administrator’s Office, 227 South Front Street, Saint Peter, Minnesota 56082-2538 until 10:30 A.M. Thursday, March 27, 2025, at which time they will be opened in person. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive defects in the bidding, and to accept the bid that is in the best interest of the City.
