REQUEST FOR FORMAL WRITTEN PROPOSALS FOR PURCHASE OF

REVERSE OSMOSIS MEMBRANES

The City of Saint Peter, Department of Public Works, Water Utility is requesting formal written proposals for the following product:

Delivered Quantity of 576 Reverse Osmosis Membranes

Specifications are as follows:

  • Membrane will be Veolia AK-400 H membrane, or FilmTec BW30XFRLE-400/34 membrane (no other substitutes)
  • Typical Operating Pressure                   100 psi
  • Typical Operating Flux                      10-20 GFD
  • Maximum Operating Pressure                 400 psi
  • Maximum Temperature                       122 F
  • pH range, Continuous Operation                2-11
  • pH range, Short-Term Cleaning                1-12
  • Maximum Pressure Drop (element)            15 psi
  • Maximum Pressure Drop (housing)             50 psi
  • Maximum Feed Silt Density Index (SDI)        SDI
  • Chlorine Tolerance                         1,000+ ppm-hours
  • Freight FOB Saint Peter (no deliveries on Fridays)
