Project Description: The Suffolk County Office of Central Procurement, on behalf of the Suffolk County Department of Economic Development and Planning, is requesting expressions of interest (RFEI) from firms and partnerships of firms to lease, develop, and utilize publicly owned properties located in the hamlet of Ronkonkoma, Town of Islip, adjacent to the Ronkonkoma LIRR Station, to be known as the “Long Island Hub.”
