Request for Engineering Professional Services
City of Briarcliff is applying for / has received both state and federal funding including but not limited to ANRC, DRA, AEDC, USDA, RD, ARDOT and US DOT for work to develop wastewater and water systems, as well as other projects. City of Briarcliff is interested in acquiring the services of an engineering firm to provide services for the above-referenced project(s). Procedures for selection will be in accordance with applicable state procurement requirements. All responses will be evaluated in terms of specialized experience and technical competence; performance; capacity and capability of the firm to perform work; and proximity to and familiarity with the project area. Negotiations will begin with the respondent obtaining the highest total score in the evaluation process.
