Request for Construction Bids

Sealed Bids for the construction of the Sanitary Sewer System Improvements ¿ Division II will be received, by the City of Coolidge, at Coolidge City Hall ¿ 3065 South Pine Street Coolidge, Georgia 31738 until 11:00 AM local time on January 30, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. No bids may be withdrawn after the closing time for receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days except as specifically detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. The Project consists of +/- 2,600 LF Sewer Video Inspection, +/- 400 LF 8¿ CIPP, +/- 400 LF 10¿ CIPP, +/- 100 VF Manhole rehabilitation, and all other appurtenances necessary for complete installation.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.

Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:30 AM ¿ 5:00 P.M, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below.
Bidding Documents also may be examined at Coolidge City Hall; during the City¿s regular business hours.
Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above. Bidding Documents are available electronically (as portable document format (PDF) files) for a non-refundable charge of $300.00. Paper copies of bid documents are also available for an additional $100.00 non-refundable charge. Upon Issuing Office¿s receipt of payment, Bidding Documents will be sent via email or other means of electronic file distribution.
