Pre-Bid Meeting: A pre-bid meeting will be held on November 08, 2024, at 10:00 A.M. at the Purchasing Department. Please contact Mr. Eddie Cavazos at 956-361-6390 to arrange  a walk- thru if needed.

Due Date: Proposals will be accepted until Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at 03:00 p.m. CST at which time they will be opened and read out loud.  The successful bidder will be required to provide 100%performance and payment bonds.No bid bewithdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days.SBCISD is not responsible for proposals misplaced or mailed incorrectly. Proposals received late will not be accepted and will be returned unopened
