Request for Bids - Yorkville Public Works and Parks Facility

R.C. Wegman Construction Company requests bid proposals on behalf of the United City of Yorkville for

the construction of a new 105,600 SF Public Works and Parks Facility, including Salt Dome, Storage Bins

with Brine Room, and Fuel Station, located at 3128 Boombah Blvd, Yorkville, IL 60560.

Sealed bids must be delivered to the Yorkville City Hall: 651 Prairie Pointe Drive, Yorkville, IL 60560, no

later than 1:00 PM on Tuesday, February 25th, 2025. At that time, bid proposals will be opened and

read aloud. Late bid proposals will not be accepted or opened.

Deliver or Mail Bid Proposals in a sealed, opaque envelope with the Bidder’s name on the outside of the

envelope and a label as follows:

Proposals shall be based on the requirements set forth in the Bidding Documents prepared by the

Construction Manager and the Architect/Engineer. Only complete bid packages will be accepted.
