Tree Stock Procurement
Request for Bid
The City of Grants Pass, Oregon, is soliciting sealed written bids from qualified, licensed
nursery stock providers to provide 200 total trees for City rights-of-way planting.
Respondents to this Request for Bid (RFB) should determine the most cost-effective and
diverse tree species offerings based on three size categories: Small (75 trees), Medium
(100 trees), and Large (25). Each category has an approved list of tree species in the RFB.
The bid shall include delivery costs, with anticipated delivery on or before September 30,
2026. All trees are required to be a minimum of 1.5” caliper measured 6” from the base of
the tree or bigger.
Further, RFB respondents are required to list the available tree species, unit cost, container
type and size, proof of a valid business license/nursery license for the State of Oregon, any
additional fees, warranty information, expected delivery cost, and total cost.
The deadline for sealed submission in response to this request for bids is Friday, May 8,
2026, by 3:00 pm local time. The sealed submittals should be labeled and directed to the

The City of Grants Pass reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive formalities, to
award a contract as a whole or in part, or to accept any bid that appears to serve the best
interest of the City of Grants Pass.

https://www.grantspassoregon.gov/bids.aspx. for viewing and downloading.
