Request for Bids - Sale of Property on Highway 53

The City of Poplar Bluff is seeking sealed bids for the sale of certain real estate owned by the City and located on Highway 53. The property is approximately 1.80 acres.

A legal description of the property is as follows:

PT NE1/4 SW1/4: BEG INT E LINE & HY 53 SW 483: NW 259.82: NE 474.17 SE 200: SW 308. 32: Section: 5 Township: 23 Range 7 LT: RL  Parcel:  19-03-05.0-000-000-009.000

The City of Poplar Bluff, by its authorized representatives, shall reserve the right to reject any or all bids, to accept the best bid and to make decisions which they deem beneficial to the City of Poplar Bluff.

Sealed bids should be delivered to the office of the City Clerk, 501 Vine Street, Poplar Bluff, Missouri, no later than 2:00 p.m. on Monday, July 14, 2025.  The envelope should be clearly marked BID ON SALE OF CITY-OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED ON HIGHWAY 53.
