Bid Synopsis:

PROJECT OBJECTIVE

To remove old shingles and replace existing roof system with asphalt shingles that meet all applicable building codes and standards.

PROJECT SCOPE AND SPECIFICATIONS

Including but not limited to:

  • removal and disposal of existing roofing materials
  • inspection and only necessary repair of underlying decking
  • installation of appropriate vapor barriers, and underlayment
  • installation of new roofing materials
  • integration of all flashing, drainage, and ventilation components.
  • Removal of faux chimneys
  • Site cleanup and debris removal

SCHEDULED TIMELINE

The following timeline has been established to ensure that our project objective is achieved; however, the following project timeline shall be subject to change if deemed necessary
