Great Rivers Greenway is seeking bids for replacement and installation of multi-colored fabric banners for light poles along Lenor K. Sullivan (LKS) Boulevard.
The pole banners are placed along the Mississippi Greenway between Chouteau Avenue on the South and Biddle Street on the North.
