The City of Rochester is procuring the raw materials needed for an upcoming project related to the Link Bus Rapid Transit project that is installing a Transit Center and Pedestrian Tunnel and Stations.
The bids for this project are being handled electronically.

Bid Submissions due: 11 a.m. CST on May 13, 2025
Quantities are estimates based on 150 lbs per cubic yard of reinforced concrete. Actual quantities will be determined once detailing has been completed. Unit prices above shall include delivery to Rochester, MN. Number of loads shall be based on 30,000 lbs per load. Unloading and handling in Rochester will be by others. All steel shall be available for delivery no later than July 15, 2025 at schedule requested by City of Rochester Project Manager. All deliveries will be complete by October 31, 2025. If additional reinforcing steel is needed beyond what is initially detailed, payment will be made at unit prices above. Delivery of additional reinforcing steel will be paid at per load price establish in item 2401.601 above.
This project is sales tax exempt.
