Project Description: Conejo Valley Unified School District (the “District”) hereby gives notice to interested parties that the District intends to lease the real property located at 711 Rancho Conejo Boulevard, Thousand Oaks, California 91320 (the “Property”), in accordance with Education Code Section 17469. The Property is situated in an industrial development, and is improved with certain structures, including, without limitation, that certain building totaling approximately 13,258 square feet, together with various paved areas.
