The City of Mission, Kansas is accepting bids from qualified firms to provide custodial services to three of the City’s offices on an annual contract basis:
1)Mission City Hall, 6090 Woodson Street, first floor only;
2)Mission Police Department, 6090 Woodson Street, all areas;
3)Mission Public Works, 4775 Lamar Avenue, office areas only.
The selected firm will be responsible for ongoing custodial tasks for a flat annual fee per building, and may provide special services occasionally on an hourly basis as provided in the Bid. The initial term of the agreement is one year, from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, with two additional one-year renewal periods. Click here to view the full invitation for bid.
Interested firms are specifically directed to the Scope of Work section of this document , which describes the City’s conditions and expectations for the selected firm. The attachments include an itemized list of tasks as well as floor plans for each facility.
A pre-bid meeting will be held Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at 9 a.m. starting in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 6090 Woodson Street. This will be the only chance to tour the facilities. Attendance of prospective bidders is highly encouraged.
