Bid Description:
This work consists of LED lighting retrofits for the Chelsea Town Hall Building (296 VT-110, Chelsea, VT). A recent energy audit for the building is available by emailing the project contact. There will be a MANDATORY BIDDER WALKTHROUGH on Tuesday 24 March 2026 at 9:00am. Before submitting a proposal, bidders shall examine the town scope documents, visit the work site, and fully inform themselves as to all existing conditions.
