Project Title: Request for Bids - Building Asbestos Abatement and Demolition 2173 Brassfield Road
Description: The purpose of this request is to receive fixed-price bids from qualified firms and organizations capable of providing asbestos abatement, underground fuel tank removal (UST) and general building demolition, including the necessary site remediation to re-establish existing grades of the building pad so that the site adequately drains. The project consists of multiple buildings totaling approximately 90,000 square feet located at 2173 Brassfield Road, Creedmoor NC. In addition to the buildings required for removal, site pads, sidewalks, parking and drive surfaces, and utilities are to be removed as indicated on the attached site demolition plan(s). There are limited building plans for the facility, we assume that the construction is primarily masonry, concrete, metal, and wood construction. The bidder shall evaluate the facility, site, and construction to determine the best responsive pricing for demolition and disposal.
