PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR ADMINISTRATION OF PHYSICAL
CONNECTION PERMITS/BACKFLOW PREVENTION DEVICES
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by The Township of West Deptford for
the service FOR ADMINISTRATION OF PHYSICAL CONNECTION PERMITS/BACKFLOW
PREVENTION DEVICES Bids will be received, opened and read in public at West Deptford
Township Municipal Court Room, 400 Crown Point Road, West Deptford, NJ 08086 on
Thursday May 7, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time. .
Technical specifications and forms of bid for the FOR ADMINISTRATION OF PHYSICAL
CONNECTION PERMITS/BACKFLOW PREVENTION DEVICES are on file at the West
Deptford Township Purchasing Office located at 400 Crown Point Road, West Deptford NJ
08086. Bidders will be furnished with a copy of the specifications at no cost and may pick them
up with appointment only between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday through
Thursday except holidays or, request a copy by e-mail, mail or fax at (856) 853-1708. Should
overnight delivery be requested, the prospective bidder is responsible for bearing that expense.
Bids must be made on the standard proposal form in the manner designated therein and must
be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the following information on the outer envelope:
1. Name and address of the bidder
2. Name of the bid: FOR ADMINISTRATION OF PHYSICAL CONNECTION
PERMITS/BACKFLOW PREVENTION DEVICES (Thursday May 7, 2026, at 11:00 am
prevailing time) Addressed to the West Deptford Township Purchasing Office attention

The signed proposal forms must be delivered to the place named above on or before the
scheduled bid opening. The accepted applicant will be required to execute the contract within
ten (10) days after the Notice of Award.
West Deptford Township reserves the right to, as permitted by law: (i) not select any of the
applicants; (ii) require applicants to submit to a personal interview and/or submit additional or
clarifying information; (iii) to reject any and all proposals; (iv) to waive any informalities in the
proposals; and (v) procure the articles or services from other sources if deemed most
advantageous to the objectives of the Authority.
West Deptford Township's determination of the applicant who is most advantageous to the goals
and objectives of the Township shall be final and conclusive.
