Request for Bid ITB B-26-10-COC Cocoa Waterfront Dock and Breakwater "Lee Wenner Day Docks"

The City of Cocoa is soliciting bids for a contractor to construct a new day-slip marina facility at Lee Wenner Park which will enhance public waterfront access and improve recreational boating opportunities within the area. The scope of work includes the installation of new permanent concrete docks, finger piers, marine piles, and all associated components required for a complete and operational day-slip facility. This project is being funded in part by a Florida Inland Navigation District (FIND) grant.

There will be a MANDATORY Pre-Bid conference held for this project on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST at the City of Cocoa, City Hall, 3rd Floor Conference Room, 65 Stone Street, Cocoa, Florida, 32922.
