The City of Cocoa is soliciting for a contractor to remodel a portion of the first floor of the Dyal Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Operations Building located at 28400 SR 520, Christmas, Florida 32709. Work includes renovations and alterations in the existing Instrument Repair Office, Breakroom, and Electrical Workshop.

There will be a MANDATORY Pre-Bid conference held for this project on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST at the City of Cocoa Dyal Water Treatment Plant, Training Room, located at 28400 SR 520, Christmas, Florida, 32709 which will include a site walkthrough.
