Posted on: November 10, 2025 Request for Bid ITB B-26-01-COC Cocoa 1.5MG Elevated Storage Tank Rehabilitation

The City of Cocoa is soliciting for a contractor to perform the scope of work which includes surface preparation, corrosion repair, and coating of metal surfaces of the City of Cocoa 1.5 MG Elevated Water Storage Tank. The Contractor scope of work also includes rehabilitation of tank equipment such as vents, ladders, and structural supports.

There will be a MANDATORY Pre-Bid conference held for this project on Friday, November 21, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST located at the City of Cocoa Utilities Administrative Building, 2nd Floor Conference Room, 351 Shearer Blvd., Cocoa, FL 32922 with a site visit to the Elevated Tower Property located at 322 Peachtree Street, Cocoa, FL 32922.
