The purpose of this RFA is to identify a Medical Advisor(s) to consult with the Connecticut Birth to Three System. The work of the Medical Advisor(s) centers around providing high level medical expertise, guidance on eligibility criteria for the medical conditions list that confers automatic eligibility for the B23 system, and liaison functions with the pediatric medical community.
