Eagle County Government is requesting bids for the Eagle County 2026 Crack Fill Project. This
project generally includes crack fill of identified roads in Berry Creek Subdivision in Eagle
County, Colorado.

Bid documents, including any plans and specifications, may be obtained from the Eagle County
website: www.eaglecounty.us

All bids are to be sent or delivered via ground shipping methods (i.e. FedEx, UPS), U.S. Mail or
hand delivery to the Eagle County Road and Bridge Department at the following:

Note: BID ENVELOPE MUST BE SEALED AND MARKED “Eagle County 2026 Crack Fill
Project”. The outside of the bid envelope must also contain the name and address of the bidder
and shall be accompanied by the required bid security. No telephone, email or facsimile bids
will be accepted. All documents submitted with the bid shall be clearly marked with the bidder’s
name.

The closing date for receiving bids is Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. (Mountain Time)
in the office of the Eagle County Road & Bridge Department. At such time, all bids will be
opened and read aloud in the Road & Bridge office at the physical address identified above.
Road & Bridge will review all bids prior to a formal presentation to the Board of County
Commissioners.

No bids will be considered which are received after the date and time set forth above and any
bids received after such date and time shall be returned to the bidder and will not be considered
under any circumstances. Sole responsibility rests with the bidder to ensure that their bid is
received on time at the stated location.

The Successful Bidder, as defined in the Instructions to Bidders, will be required to furnish
certification of specific insurance requirements and payment and performance bonds required for
contracts with Eagle County prior to the commencement of any work.

The Eagle County 2026 Crack Fill Project will be awarded as a single project.

The agreement(s) will be awarded to the lowest, qualified, responsible bidder(s) to whom Eagle
County, on the basis of its evaluation as set forth in the bid documents, makes an award(s).
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Eagle County reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept
or reject any and all bids, to waive any informality or technicality in any bid, to negotiate
contract terms with a bidder, to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional bids
and to postpone the award of the project agreement for a period not exceeding thirty-one (31)
days after the bid opening.
